Handmade ceramic sheep design yarn bowl made by the lead shepherd at Point of View Farm Finnsheep. This is a yarn bowl is glazed in food safe glazes Cute little sheep with textured surface. The yarn channel and tunnel are on the opposite side of the bowl to accomodate all sizes and styles of yarn. Signed on the bottom. The bowl itself measures 6 3/8 inches in diameter and almost 3 1/4 inches tall.
This bowl is a one of a kind ceramic piece, glazed in a iron red colored shiny glaze. It is dishwasher and food safe. With care, it will last centuries.
CaraLeigh made the bowl on a potter’s wheel in the Hudson Valley region of NY, trimmed it and then attached an individually made rams head. There will never be another bowl exactly like this one as nothing is molded or manufactured…it is all entirely unique and hand made….and it is all a New York product (even the clay and glazes were purchased in NY).
