A Huge 6’6″ x 3’3″ Point of View Farm Washable Finnsheep Sheepskin rug or chair covering. This is made on the farm sewn using 4 big finnsheep washable sheepskins. It is a nice size to cover a sofa or extra large chair. It is so soft and soothing with longer wool on the short sides that give it a very luxurious feel.

100% Natural USA Finnsheep Premium Sheepskin with soft wool in natural Colors. Four Natural Colored Finnsheep coordinating Sheepskins were hand selected, trimmed and then stitched together right at the farm in the Hudson Valley region of NY. The rug has natural wavy edges…some areas are actually wider than 3’3″ so please take that into account if you plan to use in a narrow area. We can trim it down if necessary or make a custom rug to your specifications.

Care instructions are included. The soft leather underside is cream colored. The rug is machine stitched on our specialty industrial leather sewing machine using extra heavy duty thread.

A bit more about wool… Wool is naturally hypo-allergenic, biodegradable and repels dirt and odors as well as being fire retardant. It is all natural as nature intended. These are all bonuses to the fact that people of all ages just enjoy cuddling up with the traditional material or sheepskins. Children enjoy sitting on sheepskins to play. We have had customers sleep on them for extra warmth and cushioning and use them on patio furniture. This generously sized rug would be stunning displayed on a couch, bed or the floor. In Nordic countries like Finland, some people sleep under sheepskin blankets in winter or use them as mattress covers.
