Figural Rams Head Ceramic Yarn Bowl, Light Grey

This yarn bowl has a one of a kind figural sheep head on one end and a tail with a cut out for your yarn to thread out from while knitting, crocheting or…… This fella is a one of a kind ceramic piece, glazed in a glossy light grey with some darker specks. It is signed by me, the artist, on the underside. It is dishwasher and food safe.

I made the bowl on a potters wheel, trimmed it and then attached an individually made rams head. There will never be another bowl exactly like this one as nothing is molded or manufactured…it is all entirely unique and hand made. In fact, I only made a few in this series. There is a bit of the clay showing through the rim. It is not a clip, just what sometimes happens in a high fire kiln and glaze which flows when molten in the kiln.

The bowl is approx. 6-7″ across and 3.25″ high. The overall dimensions of the bowl are a bit larger due to the sheep head.
