Natural Grey FINNSHEEP Worsted Weight Wool 3 Ply Yarn, 5 oz, 250 yards.

This is a beautiful naturally grey 100% finnsheep wool yarn. It is a worsted weight 3 ply, 250 yards, 5 ounces. This is a lofty squishy yarn which has been very popular with the knitters. Nice 3 ply yarn for great stitch definition. Soft enough for me to wear next to my skin but, durable enough for sweaters and mittens

This wool was spun into yarn at a small US mill to our specifications. The Point of View Finnsheep flock is raised as naturally as possible. That means we never dip our sheep in or use ‘pour on’ pesticides on them…ever. The pastures they graze are never treated with synthetic chemicals. Only compost from our own farm. The mill uses mild soap to clean the wool and not harsh detergents. This keeps the wool soft, lofty and ‘healthy’ for your special project.
