Shipping Policy

Point of View Farm stocks almost everything for sale on the website and makes every effort to fulfill orders in one to two days. Our preferred shipping method is USPS.

Return Policy

Fiber products can be returned within 5 business days from date of purchase and exchanged for store credit. All shipping charges are final and non refundable. All food, grocery and sock sales are final and non refundable.

Sales & Use Tax Policy

POINT OF VIEW FARM SALES AND USE TAX POLICY STATEMENT

POINT OF VIEW FARM COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including New York and Connecticut.  If our checkout cart  has over calculated the amount of sales tax due on your purchase, we will refund you any overage via your original payment method.  If you have any questions about this, please contact us directly.

POINT OF VIEW FARM DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any states NOT listed above because Point of View Farm is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states at this time.

FOR OUR TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS:  POINT OF VIEW FARM DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX if we have your exemption certificate on file.  We can manually process your transaction and send you an online invoice.  Please send you exemption certificate to finnsheep@finnsheep.net and we will manually process your transaction for you.
