Terms of sale. Reseller pricing applies to resale businesses only and is not transferable. Orders are filled by hanging or packaged weight; final invoices reflect actual weights. Frozen product must be kept frozen on receipt, and shipped orders are packed in a Finnsheep cooler and paid in advance. If you do not own a Finnsheep Cooler a refundable deposit will appear on your invoice. Once we have received the cooler back your deposit will be refunded. Custom cuts and whole or half animals require a deposit and are non-refundable once processing is scheduled. Balances unpaid after 30 days may accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
